They don’t listen

Terrible. I got the scar formula because I had a blepharoplasty. The product they sent me was not usable. Nothing came out of the pump. For all I know I was given an empty bottle. Repeated attempts to contact them and I even got PayPal in on it but they refuse to contact us back. I am reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.
