I recently placed an order for a watch strap. It was sent to my local post office because I wasn’t available for it to be delivered to my home address. Unfortunately I had a notification that my watch had been delivered and collected from the post office (not collected by myself) so I can only assume that someone had possibly taken it in error. I emailed customer support and Joni replied saying that a query had been raised with Royal Mail. However, they would not investigate. Joni then offered to send another strap out to me and I have now received it. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
