Never arrived

Purchased in November. Customer service was completely unhelpful when it hadn't arrived the week before Christmas. Finally admitted it wasn't going to arrive when it still wasn't there after Christmas, but were still unhelpful and gave zero compensation or consideration for my panic purchase of replacement gifts. Said they would resend my order "free of charge" as if that was a kindness.
