The basket and the handle aren't exactly aligned. On snow it would be negligible, but with roller ferrules it causes the tips to slip more often. Gear West is great! This is a factory assembly issue. I bought two sets of Q1 poles and their alignments are equally off. Overall, manageable. I might try a DIY solution.
