My wife was skeptical about the purchase because we’ve never heard of the company. After reading some good reviews, we decided to take a chance. Our daughter loves the back pack. Everyone else was sold out. Glad we made the purchase.

Shipping issues

The book bags are nice my reason I gave one star was because I paid an extra $15 for fast shipping and still received it late with no regards to my extra pay for shipping lost a customer when I noticed I couldn’t get my money back for the shipping 🙄😩
