Koizumi Egg Steamer Plus Kes-0401/S Boiled Egg Sliver 100V

The egg steamer does the job is supposed to do. I wish the soft boiled eggs were a little softer though. My local voltage is 120V and a step down transformer of at least 500W is required. I tried the egg steamer without a transformer and a soft boiled egg just came out as a completely hard boiled egg. I read some online reviews complaining about durability. I've used the steamer for only two weeks so far and I can't really give an opinion on that.
