This is the 3rd personalized stamp I have ordered. This one is a gift for my daughter’s birthday. I love being able to personalize stamps and will definitely order again. Sorry no picture as it’s wrapped up and ready for her birthday! I will definitely be ordering for my granddaughter as she has a name that you can never find when we see personalized things in the store. Great product, wonderful shop!!

At first, I received stamp that has these unnecessary splatter that is not included in the design. I stopped using it because it is ruining my books. I wrote a 2-star review and emailed the store attaching photos of the problem. They gladly offered a replacement for it and gave me a new one, they said they want to make it right. So I received another one that already met my standard and satisfaction! Thank you so much for taking care of this issue and for your patience as well. I am sorry I became whatever my behavior was. I just love my books so much and whatever stains on it breaks my heart. I know times like this is not easy for business owners, but I want to let you know that I am now very happy with the product.
