Inconsistent Quality

I ordered 8 cherry wood Sakura hooks and I am disappointed that some of the hooks are not carved into the Sakura shape shown in the picture on the website. The Sakura design was not distinct, but instead was very shallow. Nichi Nichi should ensure consistent quality of each hook before mailing them out to me.
