Terrible experience

I received a defective product. I asked for it to be returned, fixed or replaced. They first questioned my truthfulness about it and then upon insistence they wouldn't replace it unless I pay for shipping and expense costs of returning the defective unit and the receiving the fixed or replaced unit!!! so they send a defective piece and make me responsible for paying the costs of fixing their problem. Beside none of these products are cheap in the first place. Terrible experience. Never buying from them again.
