Loved it! Reads a bit like Ray Bradbury’s Dandelion Wine taking you back to another time.

Great Book!

This book so accurately describes what it was like growing up as a child, I felt like I was right there with them. I could strongly relate to all the Akron references, I knew exactly where Steve was talking about. However, what Steve describes transcends through time and location. I hope there is a part 2.

The Boys of Rubber City is a delightful remembrance of a young boy growing up in Akron, Ohio. The writer is able to take you through his childhood adventures along with him to a much simpler time and innocence of a young boy. A wonderful story of long forgotten childhood dreams, friendships and mischief.
