I’m currently on GP supplements. Esp women’s silver. I got my husband to start taking a multivitamin. I chose GP. He’s been taking about 3 wks now! Methylated vitamins top notch!

This is the best men's vitamin I have ever used. It's very gentle on the stomach and I feel the difference of when I take it and when I take a break. My mind feels like it's with me more when I take these, and I'm sure there are even more benefits that I'm not even feeling. Definitely recommend!
