Very poor service, sent order to North Dakota instead of Utah. Took two weeks before sending to correct address. Wrong installation instructions, not for correct vehicle, missing required parts for installation. Not a happy camper at this time!!

Had my mechanic installed cause I had no way to get the vehicle off the ground. Found a crossbar underneath he was concerned about it, he went through the instructions that I gave him after he read itt he said it was very simple. I’m very pleased with these it makes it much easier getting in and out of the vehicle. Thank you auto Tech for all your help!

Had the units installed. Technician had to contact you several times to get current, specific information about wiring issues. Otherwise they were just what we needed for my wife to get in and out of the Grand Cherokee.
