Lussara 4-In-1 Lymphatic Drainage Massager

I received the Lussara lymphatic massager around the 2nd week of May, however the sweat band, cellulite leg smoothing oil and $10 gift card were not included in the delivery of my order. I sent an email on 5/29 inquiring if there was a shipping delay and then I realized after some time had passed, to my disappointment -I didn’t received any notifications stating an issue. I followed up directly with their customer support via email on 6/13 and 6/17 with no response. The purpose of my order was to receive the full package offered my during point of sale.  This has not been absolutely a terrible customer experience to say the least and I’m very disappointed in the lack of a response.  In summary, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company, becuase they can’t accomplish something so simple like basic customer care.

Cheap and not worth the money. The red light and lotion have not arrived and its been almost two months. Would not purchase again or recommend.

Update. My Lussara 4-in-1 Lymphatic machine has a list of its power. I will be returning it.
