VERY well made skates... SOLID and great for all levels of skaters. I really like the quality of every aspect of the boot.

I have different size feet. Bont kindly allowed me to get an 8.5 left and 9 right to accomodate my irregularity. Thanks Megan

This was my first order from Bont. When the boots arrived, the left one felt too tight. I sent a note to Megan, who responded immediately inviting an exchange. I returned the boot and received a new, wider boot, which fits perfectly. I was so pleased with how easy it was to make the exchange.
