My graphic on the front was not centered - really badly; uncomfortable to wear because the off-balanced weight of the shirt was annoying. Really didn't want to have to contact them, but the concert was too awesome to let this cast a negative vibe over my memories. Working with customer service but slow response and asking to email photographic proof was annoying. Hoping to get a resolution soon. UPDATE: refunded but sold out. UGH!!!
