Nice sign but a minor problem

The sign provided is good quality and we're happy with it. It was intended to replace a previous sign that we wanted to change. There was a problem with the drill holes on the two signs not lining up, meaning we had to drill fresh holes in the masonry in a place with no power and add new wall plugs so it was a bit of an inconvenience. The staff indicated that this is because the first order had drill holes selected but the second order did not so the holes were not drilled on the same machine. However, my note that the holes were missing was added at the proof reading stage (where I checked everything before printing) and the staff acknowledged this and added the holes to the order. Proof reading is before printing so I don't know what happened there. As far as I can see, holes were added to the order before the second sign was printed so should have been done on the same machine? In any case, different machine or not, the holes should be in the same place for a near identical sign of an identical size. I'd like to suggest that the two machines be aligned somehow.

Such a quick process, and the quality of the custom signs is fantastic! Great value for money.
