I guess I maybe inflated my expectations a bit and therefore expected more. Setup was fairly easy and straightforward, although having a Van Mark I had to make some fairly extensive modifications to it. None of the holes on the step for the arm attachments were spread far enough apart for my 10' 6" Van Mark Brake. It does the absolute bare minimum of what I expected, so I can't really complain, but the price point for what it is, how it works, and the mods I had to make is higher than I would've paid in hindsight. So in short it's an ok addition to my brake setup but if I had it to do all over again I'd probably have saved the money and fashioned my own counter balance of sorts. I couldn't be happier with the two way cutter and anvils I bought a while back so had high expectations for this also which fell flat
