Brilliant adaptive backpack

This is the best wheelchair bag we have used. My teenage son wanted a back pack that looked like any other bag that his peers used at school. It has a large capacity for all his things, and fits well on both his manual and electric wheelchair. I can also change the straps and wear it, if needed. We are very pleased and would recommend this to anyone.

Doesn’t fit electric wheelchair, the straps are great that you can took them in the back of the bag but the instructions are so poor ended up asking online to find others how to attach. Issue is not designed for an electric wheelchair when advertised otherwise. Attached the straps which are impossible to tighten as stitched. The bag sits so high up when trying to reach to get drinks bottle out it hits the frame of the chair. Contacted customer services to return as not as advertised. Told to return to a EU postal address. I purchased from a UK website and it was dispatched from a uk warehouse. So I’m now left with a backpack and side bag both unfit for purpose, they expect me to pay to send abroad which they say I could be chard tax on top, to then maybe get a refund. So I have no choice but to try and sell myself. Extremely poor customer service and return policy.
