I was sad when I lost the magnet to my bird Buddy but I was lucky enough to find a company, StramMade, that carried that very item. I ordered the magnet on Christmas Day and received the magnet on January 14. I ordered by USPS first class mail, which is offered by SteamMade to keep the price down, so the delivery takes a bit longer, and with the holiday in the mix it took longer to receive my item. So don’t fret if the delivery takes time if there are reasons for the delay. I did email StramMade to ask about the delay and spoke to Tracy, who delivered extraordinary customer service and put my mind at ease regarding the delivery. I highly recommend ordering from StramMade if they have an item you need. You won’t be sorry as they excel in every way.
