Great Bike

I have now done 120 off-road miles on very hill terrain on this bike. Climbs like a mountain goat with as much or little effort as you choose. Descends very quickly and the monster width tyres allow you do this with minimal skill level. I managed 40 mile + on each trip with battery power remaining. Bike looks great and is finished well and with half decent components. I have added bard ends, old fashioned I know but then I am an old rider. Shimano clipless pedals allow for pulling up as well as the normal pushing and my preferred method of pedalling. If I could change anything that would be the non-removable battery that means the battery charges in the garage in cold conditions, something the manual suggest against. Also means that I cannot go on a mulit-day trips and charge it in a B & B. I'd have the cable externally routed rather than through the headset as this will only make future maintenance a hassle or expensive if using a dealer but other than that Obea have done an excellent job and I look forward to many more trips.
