The insert has great arch support, I did fine the sold of the support is a on the thick side for my Hoka shoes and couldn’t wear them for long It’s definitely good quality , just not the insert for me. Thanks

These were a bit too much for me. I *really* need arch supports, and have used another Orleans Shoe support for years, so I thought that more support would be even better. I was wrong. These were very hard on my in-step, and took up too much room in my On Cloud 5s, pushing my foot up into the mesh top, and actually making the shoes less stable that way. So, these may work for you, but do check out if they'll fit well in your shoe without distorting the fit, and that you have sufficient padding to compensate for the hardness in the in-step.
