Size Inconsistencies

I had purchased this along with a different colour thobe, one in large (black) and one in small (beige). they were meant for two different people, but when the post arrived the large one was shorter in length than the small one, and the small one was too big for the person it was meant for, while the large was too small for the person it was meant for. Usually size 52 and 56 are the right sizes for those people (respectfully)
