McFlylon: great material
I like McFlylon for parachute posts and spinner wings. The range of colors is an asset, and the water-shedding properties make the flies float well in rough water.

Good Poly; Don't Care For Packaging
It's good poly yarn for parachutes, chubby wings, etc.; I don't care for the way it's packaged (individual 12" cords zip-tied in the middle). Would prefer a wrapped card or spool like typical antron yarn.

Great product to let you creative juices flow with
The Mcflylon Mcflyfoam is a fantastic material for fly tyers who want to create highly visible and buoyant flies. This material is particularly well-known for its vibrant colors and excellent floatation properties, making it a popular choice for tying patterns like egg flies, indicators, and foam-bodied terrestrials.
One of the standout features of Mcflylon Mcflyfoam is its ease of use. The material is soft and pliable, making it simple to work with and shape into various forms. It can be easily cut, trimmed, and tied onto hooks, allowing for creativity and precision in fly tying. Additionally, the foam's durability ensures that your flies will withstand repeated casts and fish strikes without falling apart.
Another advantage is the wide range of colors available. Whether you're looking to match specific insect patterns or add a bit of flair to your flies, Mcflylon Mcflyfoam offers plenty of options. The foam also retains its color well, even after extended use in water, ensuring your flies remain attractive and effective.
Overall, Mcflylon Mcflyfoam is a versatile and reliable material that can enhance your fly-tying projects. Its combination of buoyancy, durability, and vibrant colors make it a go-to choice for many fly tyers. 🎣
