Arccaptain CUT55 MP Multi-Process Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter

Ran the Plasma on 120V and really struggled to cut thin metal. Ended up setting a E31 code for undervoltage when it finally did run, which was done on a 20 Amp 120v circuit. Will only run on 240V and works fine. One would think the software would detect low voltage and alert the operator and not make the machine non-functional and lock out the 120V side.

Absolutely love this machine as it is my first plasma cutter and it does so much! I have cut 1/4” steel with no issues. I wqs anle to clean up rusty metal with ease using this and also gouged out some welds that I wasn’t happy with. I would recommend to others in a heart beat and you cant heat the price.

Plasma cutter cuts beautifully. The instructions are not very helpful and need a rewrite.
