Spicy Shark Caribbean Reef Shark Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

Sweet and great

This sauce is thick and has a very sweet tropical upfront taste. There is a subtle heat that builds slowly with the more you eat. Goes great with chicken and tacos, could also see the sweet tropical flavor pairing well with pork as well. Great sauce overall but sweetness could limit pairing options.
