Raglan Tide

Hi team, Thank you for the email. I'm liking certain components of the watch but I am struggling with others. I like the watch but i do find the lack of ability to change the low tide and high tide timings frustrating as its setting the lower tide wrong from my correct high tide setting. I also struggle with the band catching; the small loops holding it in place catch frequently, which is not good when I'm coaching as its getting in the way. Do you have any advice for these issues?
