Best summer vinegar

I was introduced to this over a year ago by my cookery school teacher. What a find!! I use it all year but it is the best over the summer with salads and fresh raw ingredients.

I discovered Demijohn five years ago I was living in US then and had my vinegars shipped an expensive but worthwhile thing to do. I am a huge fan of their products the quality is amazing there is nothing quite like them! Unique and wonderful.

Christmas Order

Following The McMillan Sale at Easterbrooke l found it a great help to have my order delivered. My stacking bottles were refilled with Balsamic & Elderflower vinegar & am finding The Bramble Vinegar delicious. My family always admired my stacking bottles & after Xmas they will also have them in their kitchens. Happy Salads!
