Macadamia Flour

This is a great low-oxalate, low-histamine, and gluten-free flour option

Almond flour is very high in oxalate, so macadamia flour provides a welcome alternative for those with dietary restrictions needing to limit oxalate, histamine, and gluten. I hope that they will continue to make this useful kitchen staple!

A great nut flour

The macadamia nut flour gives a lovely subtle flavour and can easily be used as a substitute for other nut flours. It comes in a handy resealable size. I have been very pleased with this product.

I bought this product solely to get the recipe for the Macadamia shortbread…it did not disappoint,glad I have enough for two more batches!!
