Relax: Magnesium Complex

I just started taking these last night so can't say much right now but I did seem to be a bit more relaxed, but I'll definitely update once I start getting it in my system.

I cannot tell a difference in my sleep wogh thr magnesium, but possibjy jist need to use it a little longer

I love how much this improves my sleep, I take it and definitely start to feel the effects of being more relaxed and ready to sleep within 30 min!
