First time order experience ordering from Australia

This was my first time ordering from The Shoe Fairy, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I expected. I’m a first-time bikini competitor and ordered the Vixen Olympian heels. Unfortunately, once they arrived, they weren’t the right fit for me. They were too narrow and simply didn’t feel comfortable or suitable for my feet. I reached out to ask about the return process, as I was originally planning to return these and purchase another pair that would suit me better. However, the response I received was extremely blunt and came across as quite rude and unwelcoming. As a first-time competitor, there’s already so much to learn when it comes to choosing the right competition heels. I think it’s important for businesses to understand that customers can order the wrong size, or it not being the right fit. I felt like all they care about is their business making money and not supporting the customer. The email came across pretty much as too bad so sad, can’t help you. I’m highly disheartened and disappointed.
