The worst customer service ever. It’s been more than a month since i ordered and it hasn’t changed the tracking details for weeks now. Customer service keeps telling me to wait and I’m done. They don’t even process refunds. Ridiculous don’t buy from them.

It arrived in like 2 weeks for me. The bag looks and feels really good (for the price). The only thing was that the inside had little pieces of fuzz, but very easy to take out. The bag also tends to fold over on itself but I plan on putting a pillow inside to help it hold its shape in storage. I can’t wait to start using this as my travel bag!! I also ordered some of the wallets and those looked and felt really good. I got the sky blue and navy colors and i love how flexible it is, making it very easy to take my cards in and out.
