Great Bobbin

I wanted a light weight adjusting bobbin and this one fits the bill perfectly. I have two and they are always loaded.

Simple and Well made

I don't write reviews often. I have tied for many years and used many different tying tools. I really like these bobbins. Simply constructed, clean, and well built. I don't buy high priced tools and I don't think they make you a better tyer. This is a great, moderately priced tool. I have the standard and the large tube models. The tube can be a little short on larger hooks but it's not a game changer.

Get one for each color!

This Stonfo Bobtech Adjustable bobbin is great to use. It will easily adjust from 18/O to 3/O. If you use heaver thread the bobbin will have a bit of a wobble when you put too much tension on the hook. It is a great bobbin to have on your fly desk, I have 6 of them. I have it loaded with my favorite colors and weights of threads. Try one!
