SGR20 2 ft linear guide rail with SGB20UU-5 compact bearing block 20mm shaft

Great piece of equipment that does exactly what I want it to do. High quality

Guide ends are very easily damaged. Once damaged, tons of play on the rail- unusable.

Rusted Bearings

I received my order for SGR20 2' Linear Guide Rail - SGB20UU-5 Compact Bearing Block × 1 and notice rust /corrosion on 2 of the bearings. On 6 June I emailed a request, with pictures, to resolve the issue but have not received a reply as of 18 June.
