The only problem I have with this bra is when you are well endowed, your breasts are heavy. There is not even strap around the neck, it bites into the neck. I got this to help rehab my shoulder to take the pressure off the shouder. But I can't sacrafice my neck for my shoulder. I added about 5 more inches to the strap and it is perfect. If the bra was adjustable I would probably buy more because I loved everything else about it.
