Peacock Herl ??

The package of herl was very disappointing. The herl was supposed to be 6" to 8" in length. It barely made 6" on about 10% of the fibers. Also, about 25% were broken and or bent which made unusable. This is not the quality I have ALWAYS received from J Stockard.
