I purchased a three pack and used each of the dark and light ginger hackles as well as the bleached grizzly to tie slate drakes, sulphurs, and adams flies. They performed well and are flexible making it easy to wrap around parachute posts.

Pleasantly Surprised with Quality

When I decided I needed hackle, this was the only choice in my color preference, since everything else was sold out. I thought I might be getting the dregs, but I am genuinely surprised with the quantity and quality of the hackle. I am a beginner, but compared to what I have purchased from other dealers, this is very nice hackle to work with.

I know Hareline has had some bad reviews in the past but I have found that they have great quality products for good prices and use them almost exclusively.
