Sebo Felix Premium Upright Vacuum with ET-1 Powerhead

The vacuum wasn't the right vacuum for me but I cannot even tell you what a great experience working with the store was they were more than understanding and I was able to switch the upright for a canister vacuum and they couldn't have been more wonderful it is rare to get such a response these days anyway I'm a big fan!

Vacuum works great and I am thankful to have had a chat with Andrea prior to purchasing. She was extremely helpful. Customer service was great!
