I have two cats; one took to it better than the other. However, I contacted customer service, and they gave me some recommendations; currently, both cats are eating VIVA in its various flavors.

My cats really love this. The only problem is the packages are too big and I had to cut them down cube size because I am introducing the food to them slowly and do not need a whole package in one feeding.
