The bracelet itself is gorgeous - the gemstone beads are all very shiny and the perfect size. I like the stretch on the bracelet to easily get on and off as well. My order was going to be delayed by a few days and the owner messaged me immediately giving me the option to wait or pick another gemstone. I waited and really appreciated her reaching out with another option, the customer service is excellent! She even included an extra bracelet, which was also gorgeous and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
