The abaya itself is beautiful, but the return process is extremely inconvenient for international customers. For a £100+ abaya, I expected a proper return portal or prepaid return option. Instead, customers are required to arrange and pay for international shipping, the toll fines on the way there AND when returning the item themselves. This makes returns unnecessarily difficult and expensive. I would not order again, or recommend others to do so.

beads were missing from the abaya and beads fall off very easily wasn’t impressed with the quality at all
