1110 Wide Gape Dry Fly Hook

Not only for dry flies...

I use this hook quite often when tying wet flies. While its a great dry fly hook, I like this hook when tying wets designed to be presented in the film or a few inches below the surface. As mentioned by otters, the large eye is a definite plus.

I started using the Doachi 1110 because of their big eye. I specifically used it for spinners because nothing is worse than finding out there taking spinners and it’s 9pm on Spring Ck and you can barely see to thread you tippet thru the eye. It’s been a supper hook. Love Diachi
