Great for the gym, or a run, warm yet light weight!

Unfortunately a hole appeared in the armpit seam after first ware. This suggested too small a seam allowance. After discussion with Paul James, jumper returned for repair. this was done adequately but I was disappointed in the quality of the finish.

The Mens Heavyweight Merino Activewear Training Top was just the ticket for the weather conditions that I was recently faced with in Iceland. It was a comfortable snug fit that wasn’t too tight or loose. Even though it is labelled as a heavyweight top, it too, wasn’t too heavy when wearing it and yet it functioned perfectly in sub zero temperatures as the base layer it is advertised as. In terms of the quality, this is made abundantly clear when you feel it against your skin. At no point did it chafe or itch whilst wearing it. All in all, I would recommend this base layer to anyone who will be contending with harsher weather conditions and has sensitive skin.
