My favorite Jig hook for bead head nymphs. Strong but not to thick. Good Gap. Like the micro barb does not seem to hurt the fish. Expensive. I look for the sale. I would also like a slightly longer version

Crazy expensive, Crazy good

These are the most expensive hooks on the market as far as I can tell. This make me shy of buying too many except when JS has their yearly sale! These hooks are the absolute best for perdigons when you want a barb, and I've yet to break a hook unlike some of the cheaper hooks I use.

An excellent jig hook

The TMC 423J jig hook is an excellent product. It is easy to tie on, and the micro-barb enables it to hold fast without damaging the fish. I highly recommend tying your Euronymphs on this hook!
