Not bad taste

Less pills than some prenatals and only has a slight smell.

So far so good

It's been difficult for me to find a prenatal that doesnt upset my stomach or make me want to gag. I started using Ritual and it was fine. But this is WAY better, contains more of what I need, the AM/PM formulas make more sense, and is less expensive.
