I ordered an HF8 Haptic seat pad for sim racing and it arrived with the completely wrong power adapter. This is unacceptable, especially since this was a known issue and XRShop did not bother to check before sending out something that does not work. I will be fighting the charges in my card. Then they don't answer emails about making things right. Please order from somewhere else!!!!
