Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Bar

Review of the order/ship process. This company no longer provides direct ordering/shipping to customers. My last couple orders, despite their solicitations and market ing were delayed beyond reason. I am still awaiting one order i placed Sept 4 and it is 10 days later and has not yet shipped. It has taken me three emails to get a response which only resulted in placating and no action. Can’t cancel- they can’t guarantee it will cancel - because it’s been sitting ten days and not shipped??? Unacceptable and zero customer service assistance.
