Double Crystal Cross Necklace

Love the style of neckacle but they did not send me correct length for both of my neckacles they both seem short but still cute love it but i had to put an extender which sucks when i ordered 20 inch

I updated to a 3 stars because the smallest cross fell fell off as soon as I took it out of the package. I saw another customer complained about this small cross issue in another review. It means the owner needs to put more care into his/her pieces before shipment. I’ll update about wear and tear eventually. New update: The small cross keep falling off. I’m am currently not wearing. I have to fix it first and also hope that it doesn’t turn rust like their 222 necklace. The owner messaged me to pay to return the jewelry. I don’t understand why I should pay to return products that are not as described.

When it arrived, one of the crosses was attached backwards. I emailed them about getting it fixed or getting a replacement and they sent me a few emails back, but then ignored the rest of my emails so they problem never got fixed. Shortly after, the necklace broke. It broke right off my neck as I was wearing it. I’m really upset because I loved this company and used to order all my jewelry from here but won’t be anymore. :(
