This would be an excellent necklace if it had an extender for the closure. I cannot close the clasp because it would be too tight. The brass necklace is sturdy enough that I can wear it open. But the pendant is so heavy, I am not sure if long-term wear will result in the necklace coming off. I have not yet worn this piece. I've only tried it on.
