Climbing Arch Cushion

Disappointed

This cushion felt like an important feature of the arch and so I paid the high price expecting high quality, but it is not high quality. The cushions are not very padded and it ties only in three places on each side, so when the arch is turned over, it drapes down so every time my daughter wants to turn it over and crawl under, I have to undo all the ties and remove the cushion. Not a complete disappointment but just not what I expected from a high quality company.

Ties ripped off in a week

We own many woodsndhearts products, including the pikler, and have come to expect a high level of quality. Unfortunately we've been very disappointed with this cushion; 3 of the ties ripped off within a week or two. I'm in the process of trying to get it replaced. Hope to hear from customer service soon.

Wouldn't Buy Again

For over $100 this product is cheaply made and the "cushion" is severely lacking. I tied the cushion to the wood rocker portion and within a few sits/plays both ties on one side ripped off. The stitching was done very poorly. This product could maybe be worth $30.
