Event Ticket Customizable Charm Solid Gold

Be warned! There is no way to provide specific instruction for personalization, even for solid gold items. First row of personalized texts didn’t align as I expected, which should be similar to the example photo. Unfortunately, customer service never contacted me to clarify the intent before engraving the piece. They proceeded with their own interpretation and call it the day. I am now stuck with something that I paid for but not as expected since anything personalized is not returnable.
